Chef Aimee Personal Chef Service is a professional chef-driven business. My staff are all classically trained, certified professional chefs. We feel that this focus on advanced culinary training and skills translates to the best possible cuisine for our clients, matched to our clients personal needs and desires.
Daniella is my strong right arm in this business and has been with me since before I moved the company into a commercial kitchen in 2011.
Daniella is a certified professional chef and culinary arts graduate of the Art Institute of Dallas. She shares her passion for food and great cooking with her husband Alex, another Art Institute graduate who is also a professional chef.
Daniella and I plan all of our clients' menus and collaborate closely in creating unique, healthful meals tailored to our clients' exacting expectations.
Since 2012, we have been very blessed to have Daniella's beautiful daughter, Presley, with us in our onsite daycare and on deliveries.
Daniella's youngest daughter, Aubrey, joined us in 2015.
Nicole is my daughter and has been a big part of the business since our very first client service back in 2007. In the years when I cooked at clients' homes, Nicole was always with me when she wasn't in school, hauling food containers and equipment and prepping for me.
Nicole graduated from El Centro College in Dallas with a degree in culinary arts and a certification as a pastry chef. She is the pastry chef on staff and assists with production as well.
